Director of Rehabilitation and Wellness

We are seeking an experienced Director of Rehabilitation to join our team at Tarrytown Rehabilitation & Nursing Center. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality rehabilitation services to our residents, including developing and implementing rehabilitation programs, leading and managing a team of rehabilitation professionals, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to identify resident needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
About the PositionThis is a full-time position that requires a Master's degree in Physical Therapy or a related field, current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of New York, and a minimum of 3 years of experience in rehabilitation leadership or management. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities and Requirements- Develop and implement rehabilitation programs that meet the unique needs of each resident.
- Lead and manage a team of rehabilitation professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and effective communication.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to identify resident needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
We offer a competitive salary of $95,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes:
