You will oversee the Prepared Foods Team at multiple locations, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional service. Your leadership will be pivotal in creating a welcoming environment where Team Members and guests can explore and enjoy food together.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the department operates efficiently by managing daily activities and Team Member performance.
  • Conduct interviews, select, and train new Team Members, fostering a culture of respect and inclusion.
  • Evaluate Team Members' productivity and provide constructive feedback to support their growth.
  • Address Team Member concerns and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Plan and assign tasks effectively to meet departmental goals.
  • Monitor safety protocols to protect Team Members and customers.
  • Manage the department's budget and inventory, ensuring optimal stock levels and cost control.
  • Inspire and motivate your team by setting a strong example and promoting a passion for food.
  • Communicate regularly with Team Members to keep them informed and engaged.
  • Collaborate with merchandising teams to ensure promotions are effectively communicated.
