Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the care provided by LPNs, CNAs, and other team members assisting residents.
  • Administer safe and precise medication-related interventions to residents.
  • Evaluate the health status of residents and inform the physician of any changes; promptly carry out new directives.
  • Formulate a care plan based on assessments and implement nursing care accordingly.
  • Select and execute suitable nursing interventions to stabilize a resident's condition and prevent complications.
  • Contribute to resident assessments (MDS/CAA's) and the creation of a care plan.

Qualifications Required:

  • 1-3 years of experience in a long-term care environment preferred.
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state.
  • CPR certification is necessary.
