About the Role
We seek an experienced Superintendent with a strong background in retail construction to join our team. Your exceptional leadership skills, attention to detail, and ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings are crucial for success. You will be responsible for managing on-site activities, coordinating subcontractors and vendors, monitoring project schedules and budgets, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee retail interior construction projects from start to finish.
- Coordinate and supervise on-site personnel, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, and quality control.
- Communicate effectively with clients, architects, and project managers.
Requirements:
- 3+ years experience as a Superintendent in fast-paced retail, commercial, restaurants, or hospitality interiors construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety standards.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Salary Estimate: $100,000 to $130,000 per year
