Commercial Real Estate Support Specialist

As a Client Services Coordinator with Career Group in Boca Raton, FL, you will provide administrative support to an office or group of sales professionals. Your tasks include preparing proposals, presentations, and communications materials, as well as coordinating the distribution of internal and external marketing information.
Key Responsibilities- Collect documentation to complete voucher forms and process broker commission payments.
- Review marketing materials and serve as a point of contact for various groups to coordinate property information packages.
- Coordinate client-specific property packages and sophisticated meetings.
- Schedule appointments, maintain calendars, arrange travel plans, and reserve meeting rooms.
- Update and maintain databases, generate reports, and assist with website updates.
- Coordinate advertising schedules and placement with local marketing teams.
Requirements
- An associate's degree (A.A.) is preferred.
- 3+ years of experience providing administrative support to teams of professionals.
- 2+ years of experience in the real estate industry.
- Strong problem-solving, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to edit templates in PowerPoint and/or InDesign.
Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 per year.
