Position Summary:
This is a Department of Nursing Service position that requires the delivery of patient care with the knowledge of a Registered Nurse. The ideal candidate will demonstrate clinical ability to work as a Primary RN on the Unit to which assigned. Responsibilities include coordinating the delivery of patient care, completing required documentation, participating in patient/family teaching and discharge planning, and effectively utilizing the Nursing Process.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Associate's Degree Required; Bachelor's Degree Preferred
- Copy of Highest Diploma/Degree Required on Hire
- Arizona Registered Nurse (RN) License or Compact State Registered Nurse (RN) License Required on Hire
- ACLS Required Upon Hire; BLS Not Required if Employee Has Current ACLS
- TNCC Certification Within 6 Months of Hire
