About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Stock Associate to join our team at Eileen Fisher, Inc. As a Stock Associate, you will play a critical role in maintaining a well-organized and efficient stockroom, ensuring that our stores are always stocked with the latest products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and process incoming merchandise, including unpacking, counting, and stocking products
  • Maintain a clean and organized stockroom, including shelving, bins, and storage areas
  • Assist with inventory management, including counting and reconciling stock levels
  • Support sales floor operations by retrieving products from the stockroom as needed
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1+ year of stockroom experience in a retail or fashion industry setting
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and stand for long periods
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
