Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Crew Supervisor to join our team at Ferguson Construction Company. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for directing the activities of workers involved in the construction of concrete trade projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and coordinate construction activities to ensure timely completion of projects
  • Direct and supervise a team of construction workers to ensure high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety protocols
  • Confer with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve construction issues and improve project outcomes
  • Inspect work in progress to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve construction efficiency and productivity
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless project execution
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license
  • 30 Hour OSHA card
  • Rough terrain forklift certification
  • Aerial Lift certification
  • First Aid and CPR
Working Conditions

The physical demands of this role include standing, reaching, climbing, walking, and lifting up to 100 pounds. The employee must also be able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project requirements.

Work Schedule
