ChenMed, a pioneering healthcare provider, seeks an experienced Senior Clinical Operations Manager to spearhead geriatric care services in St. Petersburg, Florida.

Job Summary

The ideal candidate will oversee the day-to-day management of clinical operations, ensuring exceptional patient care and staff engagement. This leadership role demands a seasoned professional with expertise in healthcare operations, clinical acumen, and strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities
  • Manage back office center operations, including clinical quality, compliance, human resources, and patient experience.
  • Oversee the hiring, performance management, training, and daily functions of center team members.
  • Collaborate with Center Leadership to design and implement clinical operation strategies.
  • Ensure proper back office staffing scheduling, approve staff payroll, and manage staffing shortages.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years of progressive work experience in a medical clinic, hospital, or similarly regulated healthcare environment.
  • A minimum of 2 years of management experience with direct reports, preferably in a medical clinic, hospital, or similarly regulated environment.
  • Active and good standing Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in current state of employment or nationally accredited Certified Medical Assistant required.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Healthcare Administration or a healthcare-related field.
  • Experience working with geriatric patients.
  • EMR system experience.
