Rigger Journeyman Multicraft Job Description

Brown & Root Industrial Services is seeking a skilled Rigger Journeyman Multicraft to join our team. As a Rigger at Brown & Root, you will be responsible for assembling rigging to lift and move equipment or material to construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Load, transport, unload, and assist in selecting cables, ropes, pulleys, winches, blocks, and sheaves according to weight and size of load to be moved.
  • Attach pulley and blocks to fixed overhead structures.
  • Attach load with grappling devices.
  • Give direction to crane operator or hoisting engineer engaged in hoisting and moving loads.
  • Set up braces and rigs hoisting equipment using hand tools and power wrenches.
