Select Medical is seeking a skilled Hand Therapist - Occupational Therapist to join our team. As a leading employer in hand therapy, we offer a unique opportunity to work with a national network of over 400 hand therapists.
Responsibilities:- Evaluate and develop treatment plans for patients with hand therapy needs
- Provide high-quality hand therapy services to patients and customers
- Develop and implement evidence-based practice (EBP) in hand therapy
- Collaborate with hand surgeons and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care
- Stay current with Occupational Therapy research and best practices
- Graduate of an accredited school for Occupational Therapy
- National registration and state licensure or registration required
- Minimum 1+ year recent hand therapy experience or newly licensed Occupational Therapist with level 2 fieldwork in hand therapy
- CPR certification
- Valid state driver's license
- Competitive hourly rate starting at $40/hour for new grads
- Hourly rate increases with experience
