Key Responsibilities
  • Perform audits and monitoring to ensure compliant practices
  • Collect, review, and summarize performance of quality metrics
  • Ensure personnel qualification documentation is current and complete
  • Maintain instrument/equipment and competency tracking tool
  • Monitor and coordinate proficiency testing survey program
  • Assist with non-confirming events, including complaints and grievances
  • Ensure proper follow-up and documentation of corrective actions
  • Review and evaluate regulatory compliance gaps and implement process improvements
  • Act as a quality and compliance educator and consultant to operational staff
  • Coordinate management review meetings
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a chemical, physical, biological, or clinical laboratory science or medical technology
  • Three years of clinical laboratory training or experience, or both
  • Previous leadership experience and quality assurance or auditing experience are preferred
