Executive Director

VP Management is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual for the role of General Manager in the Barboursville area. This is a full-time, individual contributor position for overseeing all aspects of our operations in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company, including managing staff, budgeting, and setting performance goals.
• Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in hotel management and leadership.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Benefits:

• Competitive compensation package of $50,000.00 to $85,000.00 per year, paid biweekly.
