Soliant Health is collaborating with a Level I Trauma Center to fill a 13-week contract for a Clinical Pharmacist in Johnston, PA. We are seeking a professional with inpatient experience, particularly those with oncology expertise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and verify oncology medication orders for accuracy and appropriateness.
  • Provide medication therapy management and consult with healthcare teams to optimize patient care.
  • Monitor and adjust medication regimens based on patient response and laboratory results.
  • Educate patients and healthcare staff on oncology medications and protocols.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary rounds and contribute to care planning.
  • Manage medication inventory, including chemotherapy and other high-risk medications.
  • Ensure compliance with hospital policies, regulatory standards, and safety protocols.
Requirements
  • Valid Pennsylvania Pharmacist license.
  • Proven experience in an inpatient setting.
  • High preference for candidates with oncology experience.
