Culinary Sushi Specialist

We are looking for a highly skilled Culinary Sushi Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for creating a variety of delicious raw, cooked, and vegetable sushi rolls and other unique menu items.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare ingredients to be used by the culinary team and create high-quality meals.
  • Follow proper recipes, knife skills, and cooking techniques to produce consistent results.
  • Multitask and balance prep work while ensuring guest meals are prepared in a timely manner.
Requirements
  • Food preparation experience.
  • Knowledge of related products.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience cutting sashimi and sushi neta.
  • Experience in Sushi preparation in a high-volume retail environment.
  • Experience working as a Sushi Cook.
