Job Summary:

Blood Assurance is seeking compassionate and dependable Phlebotomy Specialists to work in our Columbia, TN mobile unit. The primary responsibilities of this role include interviewing donors for suitability to donate, conducting mini physicals, and phlebotomy procedures.

Compensation and Benefits:

Requirements:

  • A high school degree or equivalent
  • A phlebotomy certificate and/or prior phlebotomy experience
  • Strong customer service skills with attention to detail
  • A positive, caring attitude
  • Scheduling flexibility for various shifts, including evenings and weekend shifts
  • Willingsness to obtain a CDL

Estimated Salary Range: $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
