  • Ensure parts are produced to quality standards, meeting customer requirements and company specifications
  • Assign work orders and ensure timely completion of projects, collaborating with management to develop and implement process improvements
  • Collaborate with management to develop and implement process improvements, ensuring continuous improvement and efficiency gains
  • Recruit, train, and develop team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively
  • Monitor and control inventory levels, ensuring adequate stock levels and minimizing waste
  • Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements

Requirements:

  • High School or equivalent degree required
  • Minimum 6 years CNC machining experience required
  • Mechanical aptitude and ability to develop programming skills
  • Great attitude and attendance, with ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Ability to use hand tools and read blue prints, as well as use measuring tools and shop mathematics
  • Ability to stand for 8 hours and lift up to 70 pounds over the course of a shift
  • Prior ISO 9001 and/or AS9100 implementation a plus
