YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Ensure a positive customer experience by setting clear expectations and educating clients on the home building and purchasing process. Identify prospective buyers' needs through effective questioning techniques.
  • Establish a standard of excellence and attentiveness for every visitor.
  • Conduct all business with professionalism and integrity to serve potential buyers and enhance the company's goodwill and profitability.
  • Consistently follow up with new leads and clients from initial contact to closing.
  • Arrive at the model 30 minutes prior to operating hours.
  • Prepare the model by turning on lights, replacing burnt-out bulbs, and organizing the space.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of sales offices and model homes, paying close attention to detail.
  • Stay informed about marketing materials and collateral.
  • Conduct tours of model homes, home sites, and amenity centers.
  • Build positive and professional relationships with the public, potential buyers, and lenders.
  • Address sales objections and successfully close sales.
  • Document transactions and cancellations while tracking the progress of loans, options, and construction.
  • Input prospective customer data into Salesforce.
  • Complete, update, and submit all required weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports and assignments.
  • Contribute to team success by achieving individual sales targets and maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Participate in company meetings, including:
    • Sales meetings at 8:00 am (Location TBB) when there are no conflicting meetings.
    • Senior Sales Meetings held bi-weekly.
    • Other meetings scheduled based on community assignments.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • A Florida Real Estate License.
  • 2 to 3 years of experience with a custom homebuilder is required.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and meeting or exceeding goals.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with potential buyers.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, capable of overcoming objections and guiding customers through the sales process.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, able to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Familiarity with the local real estate market and understanding of custom homebuilding processes is advantageous.
  • Proficient in computer skills, including experience with Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
  • This position requires walking, standing, talking, sitting, bending, stooping, grasping, writing, typing, repetitive motions, hearing ability, visual acuity, and occasional climbing of stairs.
  • General work involves the use of office equipment such as computers, copiers, printers, scanners, and telephones.
  • May occasionally lift and/or move up to 30 pounds.
  • Some driving may be required, including the use of a golf cart.
