Job Summary:

The successful candidate will provide occupational therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting, with a focus on assisting patients to achieve their maximum potential in daily living activities.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and goals
  • Provide occupational therapy interventions to patients, including exercises, activities, and education
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Document patient progress and outcomes
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
  • Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of Florida
  • At least 1 year of experience in a SNF setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Work Environment:
