Dining Area Support Specialist

At K1 Speed Inc, we are seeking a highly motivated Dining Area Support Specialist to join our team. This role plays a vital part in ensuring the cleanliness and smooth operation of our facilities.
The Dining Area Support Specialist contributes to creating a positive and enjoyable experience for our guests by providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a clean and organized dining area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in the dining area, including sweeping and mopping floors, wiping down tables, chairs, and highchairs.
- Clear and reset tables promptly after guests have finished dining or racing, ensuring all dishes, utensils, and trash are properly removed.
- Assist servers with refilling water glasses, delivering food orders, and providing support as needed during busy periods.
- Restock restroom supplies, clean and sanitize restrooms to ensure a clean and pleasant environment for guests.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and smooth operations.
- Provide friendly and prompt assistance to guests, answering questions, and addressing any concerns or requests in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements:
- Prior experience as a busser or in a similar role preferred, but not required.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team.
- Excellent customer service skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards.
Work Schedule:
This role requires evening, weekend, and holiday availability, as these are typically peak times for guests. Flexibility in scheduling is important. The estimated annual salary for this position is $40,000 - $55,000, depending on location and experience.
