Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to work in our Progressive Care Unit. The ideal candidate will have experience in step-down and intermediate care nursing, with a strong focus on patient safety and satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and collaborating with the healthcare team.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Current RN license in the state of practice.
  • 1-3 years of experience as a Registered Nurse, preferably in step-down and intermediate care nursing.
  • Progressive Care Certified Nurse (PCCN) certification is preferred.
