Job Summary:

Virtua, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Respiratory Care Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the healthcare team, you will be responsible for the treatment, care, and management of patients with deficiencies and/or abnormalities of the cardio-respiratory system.

About the Role:

You will act as a clinical resource in all areas of patient care and contribute to the overall quality of patient care. Your primary responsibilities will include assessing patients and developing their respiratory plan of care, administering treatments/medications as prescribed by physicians, and demonstrating competency in invasive and non-invasive ventilator care.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you must possess a Graduate degree from an AMA-approved program in Respiratory Care with an Associate's Degree. You should also be registered as a Respiratory Therapist by the National Board for Respiratory Care or Certified Respiratory Therapist with 10 years' experience, hold a BLS credential, and be licensed as a Respiratory Care Practitioner by the New Jersey State Board of Respiratory Care.
