Senior Teller

As a Senior Teller at Seacoast Bank, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Relationship Building: Exhibit consistent relationship building skills, including preparing for various customer interactions, building rapport, and effectively utilizing and documenting open and closed-ended questions to understand current and future financial goals of customers.
• Product and Service Matching: Match customer needs to Seacoast Bank products and services, and confidently and proficiently explain these products and services to customers.
• Customer Service: Respond promptly to customer needs and requests for service, and quickly seek out appropriate people in more complex financial matters.
• Operational Functions: Process checks, cash, and the sale of negotiable instrument transactions, adhere to AML/BSA requirements, and assist in remediating audit / scorecard / QC deficiencies.

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 12 months cash handling experience required.
• Minimum of 12 months previous experience in retail sales and/or financial services experience preferred.
• Flexible schedule required with ability to work during hours of operations, including weekends and occasional non-bank operational hours.
• Demonstrate excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and exercise a high degree of initiative.
• PC Proficiency in Desktop, Laptop, Tablet, and Smartphone devices as well as Microsoft Office Suite software.
