Program Overview

Leidos is seeking a skilled Cloud Systems Engineer to join our team on a prestigious program delivering modern Identity Access Credential Management (ICAM) solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining cloud infrastructure resources, ensuring compatibility with our architecture, identifying system integrity issues, integrating systems and services, and collaborating with our security engineer to address security findings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and optimize cloud infrastructure resources to ensure high availability and performance
  • Ensure compatibility of cloud infrastructure with our architecture and security requirements
  • Identify and troubleshoot system integrity issues to prevent security breaches
  • Integrate systems and services to ensure seamless functionality
  • Collaborate with our security engineer to address security findings and implement remediation plans

Requirements

  • Active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance
  • Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience or Master's degree with 6+ years of relevant experience
  • Experience with Linux, scripting, and programming languages such as BASH and Python
  • Experience with cloud-based environments, including AWS
  • Experience working in Agile workflows and processes

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience with CloudFormation, Puppet, Groovy, or other configuration and automation tools
  • Solid understanding of Web Application Firewall (WAF) configuration and management
