Job Summary:

We are seeking a Water Aerobics Instructor to lead our group fitness classes and provide a fun and safe exercise experience for our members. As a Water Aerobics Instructor, you will be responsible for building and leading engaging group classes, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for all participants.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead energizing and engaging group classes, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all participants.
  • Develop and implement new class ideas and formats to keep our members engaged and motivated.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to member inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate attendance records and plan new classes for each quarterly session.
  • Follow center policies and procedures, responding to emergency situations as needed.
  • Attend staff meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on the latest wellness trends and best practices.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science preferred.
  • 1 year of experience teaching group wellness classes required.
  • Water Aerobics Certification or equivalent required.
