About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have strong research and writing skills, with a background in civil litigation a plus. As a Law Clerk, you will assist our attorneys with cases, including researching and drafting civil motions, preparing discovery, and assisting with trial preparation.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough research and draft high-quality documents, including civil motions and discovery materials
  • Assist attorneys with case preparation, including gathering trial exhibits and preparing direct and cross-examination templates
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service
  • Communicate effectively with judges and opposing attorneys

Qualifications:

  • Judicial Clerkship or 1-year legal experience
  • Must have applied for or be in the process of getting your VA or DC Bar
