About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Car Repair Technician Lead to join our team at Crossroads Hyundai. As a Car Repair Technician Lead, you will oversee the diagnosis and repair of complex vehicular issues. Your extensive knowledge of automotive systems, components, and operations will enable you to lead a team of technicians in resolving problems efficiently and accurately.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive repair, with a focus on electrical systems, engine performance, brakes, and suspension systems. They should be proficient in using diagnostic tools and equipment to identify and resolve vehicle issues. Additionally, they must possess excellent leadership skills, enabling them to guide and train other technicians effectively.

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year
