Position Overview:

The Senior Associate, Commerce will engage collaboratively with various internal departments, external vendors, and Commerce clients to facilitate the execution of Commerce media initiatives and conduct post-program evaluations. This role encompasses responsibilities related to campaign management, including setup, documentation, quality assurance, optimization, performance analysis, and billing reconciliation. The Senior Associate will also support the creation of client presentations, participate in client discussions, and contribute to the analysis and summaries following program completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage, execute, and enhance commerce media campaigns and initiatives for clients.
  • Lead vendor requests for proposals (RFPs), focusing on audience targeting strategies and adherence to best practices.
  • Establish and uphold quality control measures for campaign execution.
  • Work in partnership with internal teams and vendor partners to ensure successful campaign delivery.
  • Oversee performance projections, budget distributions, and provide data-driven justifications for recommendations.
  • Coordinate with internal finance teams and vendors to ensure timely billing and reconciliation for all programs.
  • Assist in developing and documenting best practices to enhance communication and collaboration within the team.
  • Generate and provide commerce media reports to account teams and internal finance teams on both a scheduled and ad hoc basis.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree or higher is preferred, ideally in marketing, advertising, business, engineering, statistics, economics, sociology, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in bid management, paid search campaign development, management, and optimization using leading search platforms.
  • Familiarity with Prisma/MediaOcean and Media Tools is preferred.
  • A solid understanding of eCommerce is essential.
  • Strong analytical and mathematical skills with the ability to manage data effectively.
  • Knowledge of Search PPC and digital display advertising.
  • A resourceful, inquisitive, and driven individual capable of working independently and collaboratively.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly with intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
