About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Perfusionist to join our team at SpecialtyCare. As a Perfusionist, you will be responsible for operating the heart-lung machine during cardiac surgeries, ensuring the highest level of patient care and safety.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate the heart-lung machine during cardiac surgeries
  • Monitor patient vital signs and adjust the machine as needed
  • Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure a smooth and successful procedure
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest techniques and technologies

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited Perfusion training program
  • Certification by the American Board of Cardiovascular Perfusion (ABCP) or meets other Company requirements as a perfusionist
  • Ability to work on call and live within 30 minutes from the hospital
