- Collaborate with the patient care team to achieve quality patient outcomes and promote a positive patient experience.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Provide emotional support and education to patients and families to promote health and well-being.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
- Current RN licensure in the state of Texas.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification within 90 days of hire.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire.
- Emergency Nurse Pediatric Course (ENPC) certification within 1 year of hire.
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification within 90 days of hire.
- Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) certification within 1 year of hire.
