Job Summary

Parker Aerospace Group is seeking a skilled Assembler/Tester A to join our team. As an Assembler/Tester A, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently assembling and testing a variety of moderate to semi-complex products to achieve customer quality and on-time delivery schedules.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble and test products that contain mechanical and electrical components, single and dual hydraulic systems, and multiple part families.
  • Set up test equipment and fixtures to measure and record valve or system conformance to test specifications.
  • Conduct tests using common and/or computerized data acquisition equipment and interpret/record test results on data forms.
  • Troubleshoot and rework malfunctions disclosed by test data.
  • Perform diagnostic teardown and rebuilding, including evaluation of suitability of components.
  • Produce and inspect assemblies that conform to product specifications.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma/GED required.
  • Five or more years direct industry-related experience in assembly/test in a high-technology manufacturing environment.
  • Demonstrate understanding of semi-complex products involving electronics, dual systems, and multiple part families.
  • Demonstrate product and process knowledge by applying it to newly learned techniques.
  • Able to research problems and develop solutions, incorporating multiple variables, to successfully repair product to serviceable condition.
  • Able to work with limited supervisory guidance.
Working Conditions

This role is subject to compliance with the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and the Export Administration Regulations (EAR), which requires the incumbent to be either a US citizen, lawful permanent resident.
