Pilates Instructor Opportunity

JCC Greater Boston is seeking a Pilates Instructor who is passionate about helping clients meet their fitness goals. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse customer base, helping clients dealing with injuries. Our state-of-the-art STOTT Pilates Studio offers a unique and supportive environment for you to grow and develop your skills.

The Pilates Reformer Instructor's salary is $55-$65 per session. Possible hours range from 5-25 hours per week. The salary offered will ultimately be determined by the scope of the position, the candidate's relevant experience, and internal equity.

Responsibilities
  • Develop individual training plans based on client needs and goals
  • Train clients in individual, duets, and trios sessions (typically 1-hour sessions)
  • Model a strong customer service mindset, creating a pleasant participant experience
  • Share responsibility for equipment cleaning
Qualifications
  • Has strong customer service and relationship-building skills
  • Is a certified STOTT Matwork and Reformer instructor or apprentice Pilates instructor who is working towards certification
  • Is trained in Cadillac, Chair, & Barrel
  • Is CPR/AED Certified

JCC Greater Boston is a nonprofit organization with roots in earlier Settlement Houses and Young Men's Hebrew Associations; JCC Greater Boston today offers a wide range of services and program activities throughout the Greater Boston region (~50,000 individuals annually in 98 communities).
