About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at Pair & Marotta Physical Therapy, a premier provider of outpatient orthopedic services in Bakersfield and surrounding communities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans for patients with various orthopedic conditions.
  • Communicate effectively with patients' physicians to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records in our electronic medical record system.
  • Exercise professional judgment to implement effective treatment combinations and evaluate patient progress.
  • Assist administrative staff with billing and reporting inquiries.
  • Comply with federal and state physical therapy regulations.
Requirements
  • Valid state license to practice physical therapy.
  • Excellent work ethic and dedication to patient success.
  • New graduates welcome to apply.
  • Ability to provide physical therapy treatment and patient care according to clinic, state, and federal regulations and professional guidelines.
  • Delegation and supervision of physical therapist assistants and technicians.
  • Maintenance of open and ongoing communication with the clinic to ensure patient, staff, and clinic needs are met.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a health-related field and a Graduate/Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
