Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Phlebotomy Specialist to join our team in a Float position. As a Phlebotomist, you will be responsible for collecting blood samples from patients in a variety of settings, including clinics and laboratories.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect blood samples from patients using venipuncture and capillary techniques
  • Process and prepare specimens for testing and analysis
  • Enter patient information into our database in a timely and accurate manner
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients and colleagues
  • Perform administrative tasks as needed, including data entry and billing
  • Travel to various locations as required
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Phlebotomy certification or completion of a training program from an accredited agency
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility to work overtime as needed
