Server

Invitation: To make a difference by loving people with food. You'd be responsible for creating a memorable experience by serving food, drinks, and caring for guests' needs in a way that makes them want to come back.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional food and drink service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
• Greet guests warmly, answer questions, and make recommendations to enhance their dining experience.
• Interact with guests to create a friendly and welcoming atmosphere, fostering a sense of community and belonging.
• Communicate effectively with the service bar and kitchen team to ensure seamless service.
• Monitor guests' needs and respond promptly to requests, ensuring their satisfaction.
• Present guest checks accurately and facilitate payment, handling cash and credit transactions with ease.
• Participate in maintaining a clean and organized dining area, resetting tables and ensuring a smooth service flow.

• A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences.
• A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow with the team.
• Basic math skills and the ability to handle cash and credit transactions accurately.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical stamina to navigate the restaurant and lift up to 25 pounds, with the ability to bend and stoop as needed.
