We are seeking a meticulous and proactive individual to fill the role of Deal Clerk within our reputable automotive organization. This position is ideal for someone who excels in a dynamic setting and maintains a constructive outlook.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Processing billing for both new and pre-owned vehicle transactions
  • Reconciling financial schedules
  • Supporting the month-end financial close process
  • Facilitating dealer exchanges
  • Managing lien settlements
  • Calculating and processing sales commissions
  • Assisting with accounts receivable and payable tasks, along with various special projects

Required Qualifications:

  • At least one year of experience in an automotive dealership setting
  • Excellent communication abilities
  • Familiarity with Reynolds and Reynolds software is advantageous
