Dishwasher Job Description at Ruby Tuesday

As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of all glassware, tableware, and cooking utensils/vessels. This includes setting up, maintaining, and breaking down the dish machine area, following procedures for safety and sanitation requirements. You will also be responsible for washing and storing all tableware and kitchenware, as well as bagging and hauling dish room trash.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of all glassware, tableware, and cooking utensils/vessels
  • Set up, maintain, and break down the dish machine area following procedures for safety and sanitation requirements
  • Wash and store all tableware and kitchenware
  • Bag and haul dish room trash


Requirements:
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects
