- Ensure adherence to payroll regulations and best practices across federal, state, and local jurisdictions.
- Work closely with the HR department to confirm accurate processing of employee benefits and payroll.
- Maintain comprehensive and precise payroll documentation and reports.
- Address and resolve payroll discrepancies and irregularities in a timely manner.
- Supervise timekeeping records and ensure compliance with established standards.
- Manage modifications in exemptions, job statuses, and titles related to payroll.
- At least two years of experience in payroll administration.
- In-depth knowledge of biweekly and multistate payroll systems.
- Preferred certification as a Certified Payroll Professional (CPP).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Strong analytical capabilities and problem-solving skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
