Key Responsibilities:

  • Work on a variety of client engagements, applying accounting knowledge and skills while performing client work using Firm technology.
  • Shadow Tax professionals of all levels, gaining insight into the public accounting profession and building a solid foundation for your career.
  • Participate in team building and training initiatives, developing your skills and expertise in a collaborative environment.
  • Contribute to marketing or research projects, presenting your findings and ideas to the team.
  • Attend social functions, including happy hours, lunches, community service projects, and other outings, fostering a sense of community and teamwork.

Requirements:

  • Juniors or seniors enrolled in an accredited accounting or related program, two years from graduation.
  • Cumulative GPA of 3.0/4.0 or above preferred, but not required.
  • Proficiency with computers and spreadsheet software programs.
  • Ability to travel to client sites as needed, including frequent same-day travel.
