Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Merchandise Management: Sort and categorize donations into salable, salvage, and trash categories, and ensure that all items are properly priced and displayed.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, making recommendations, and ensuring that customers have a positive shopping experience.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Inventory Management: Assist with receiving and processing new merchandise, and ensure that inventory levels are accurately tracked and reported.
  • Store Maintenance: Perform daily tasks such as cleaning, restocking, and maintaining the sales floor and backroom areas.
Requirements
  • Decision-Making: Ability to make decisions regarding the quality and pricing of merchandise.
  • Reliability: Consistently arrive on time and be available to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift, push, pull, and move merchandise up to 100 pounds occasionally, and up to 50 pounds frequently.
