Ideal Candidate Profile:
- A strong dedication to fostering positive relationships with colleagues, families, and the community.
- A CDA, Associate, Bachelor's, or Master's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is required; partial college completion will also be considered.
- Previous experience in a teaching or assistant teaching role within a licensed early childhood program is preferred.
- Understanding of the social, emotional, and creative needs of young children.
- A genuine passion for early childhood education and a commitment to excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend to the needs of infants and toddlers, including feeding and diaper changes.
- Engage young children in play and educational activities while monitoring their development and milestones.
- Implement daily curricular activities for infants and toddlers in accordance with established policies, licensing regulations, and the Primrose philosophy.
- Maintain an inviting and well-organized classroom that encourages exploration and decision-making while adhering to health and safety standards.
