StretchLab - Southtowns & Northtowns is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Stretching and Mobility Expert. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional stretching and mobility services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver one-on-one assisted stretch sessions to clients, ensuring a safe and effective experience.
  • Notate appointments and maintain accurate records of client progress.
  • Encourage and motivate clients to achieve their wellness goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, promoting loyalty and retention.
  • Ensure a clean and organized environment, maintaining equipment and facilities to the highest standards.
  • Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a fitness or wellness environment, with a focus on stretching and mobility.
  • Relevant certifications, such as massage therapy, personal training, or physical therapy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and promoting a positive, supportive environment.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently.
