Job Summary:
Epic Travel Staffing is seeking a skilled Travel Radiology Technologist to join our team. As a Travel Radiology Technologist, you will provide support to cardiologists, radiologists, and registered nurses in the execution and technical analysis of procedures performed in the Interventional Radiology Lab.
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow clearly defined procedures to provide technical support for procedures performed in the Interventional Radiology Lab.
- Integrate education, technical competence, and patient interaction skills to execute safe and precise treatment under the supervision of a cardiologist.
- Gain confidence and cooperation from patients, their families, and other healthcare providers through competent patient assessment, attentive monitoring, and effective communication.
- Adhere to all local, state, and federal regulations, codes, policies, and procedures to ensure privacy and safety in delivering optimal patient care.
- Mentor and train students as needed.
Requirements:
- RCIS or ARRT - Radiology certification.
- California radiology technologist license (if ARRT certified).
- BLA (AHA) certification.
- ACLS certification.
- 1 year of experience as an IR Tech.

Pay Rate:
The estimated weekly rate for this position is $3054 per week, based on qualifications and experience. This rate applies to travel positions only (50+ miles from permanent address).
