Job Summary

Under the supervision of the Chief Dental Officer, the successful candidate will perform professional dental work, including examination, diagnosis, and treatment of dental diseases, injuries, and deformities. Responsibilities include supervising dental assistants, developing treatment plans, and referring patients to specialists when necessary.

Key Responsibilities
  • Examine and diagnose patients, developing treatment plans to address dental needs
  • Perform operative dentistry, periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, prosthodontics, and pediatric dentistry
  • Supervise dental assistants in provision of patient care
  • Refer patients to specialists for services outside the scope of general dentistry or for those of unusual difficulty
Requirements and Qualifications

To be considered for this opportunity, candidates must possess a D.D.S. or D.M.D. from a CODA-accredited school and be licensed to practice in the State. Certification in CPR is also required.

RSMC Services offers a competitive salary, up to $234K, along with a $10,000 annual retention bonus, $10,000 relocation allowance, and $4,000 annual increase. Additional incentives are available based on meeting production goals and quality measures.
