As a Business Systems Analyst at AMAX, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our operational efficiency. Your responsibilities will include:
- Evaluating current systems, comprehending business needs, and pinpointing opportunities for enhancement or optimization.
- Gaining insights into AMAX's structure, policies, and procedures to propose solutions that facilitate smoother daily operations.
- Engaging in user requirement discussions to uncover possibilities for process enhancements and technical solutions.
- Creating and documenting user requirements, designing future process flows, and collaborating with the development team to devise solutions that align with business needs.
- Crafting solutions that prioritize usability while minimizing intricate coding and customization.
- Working alongside both local and international development teams to ensure that solutions fulfill business requirements.
- Maintaining comprehensive documentation related to system functionalities and usage.
- Offering continuous system support, addressing user concerns, collaborating with the technical team to analyze and resolve reported issues, and communicating solutions to users.
- Providing training and assistance to end-users to ensure effective utilization of new or updated systems.
- Overseeing projects related to system development, upgrades, or enhancements, including planning, scheduling, and resource management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business information systems or a related field.
- Strong familiarity with business systems such as ERP, MES, CRM, PLM, etc.
- Proven experience in business analysis and requirements gathering.
- Understanding of software development lifecycles and methodologies.
- Experience in collecting and analyzing user inputs and requirements.
- Ability to document user stories and create future process flow diagrams.
- Experience in collaborating with business stakeholders.
- Knowledge of various testing aspects for end-user products: Functional, Performance, Security, Usability, etc.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, along with interpersonal skills.
- Able to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
- Any programming experience is advantageous.
