Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Stylist to join our team. As a Senior Stylist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional loc services, maintaining a positive attitude, and contributing to a quality work environment. If you have a passion for locs, healthy hair care practices, and continuing education, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to a quality work environment.
  • Clock in and out for shifts, be on time, and perform services within time standards.
  • Meet hair and makeup standards, complete open/close tasks, and follow salon standards for services, behavior, and workflow.
  • Develop professional relationships with clients, welcome new clients, and assist fellow stylists as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with the front desk team, offer consultations, and participate in creating content for salon marketing.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest styles and trends for locs, offer expert-level salon experiences, and maintain a consistent attendance record.
  • Properly care for equipment, use products as directed, and uphold sanitation and sterilization standards.
  • Communicate with management about staff or client matters, maintain client confidentiality, and handle client questions and concerns professionally.
Requirements
  • 7+ Comb Retwists per shift, Expert Starter Loc Skills, Expert Loc Styling Skills, and Expert with all Crochet Services.
  • Expert Loc Extension Install and Expert with all other Loc Services.
  • Ability to work without direct supervision, attend training and staff meetings, and be flexible with your schedule.
