Job Summary

Broward Health North is seeking a skilled MRI Technologist to join our Diagnostic Imaging team. As an MRI Technologist, you will be responsible for operating MRI equipment to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate MRI equipment to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes.
  • Prepare patients for MRI procedures, including explaining the procedure and positioning them correctly.
  • Monitor patients during MRI procedures and ensure their safety and comfort.
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care.
  • Maintain accurate records of patient procedures and images.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Sciences or related field.
  • Current certification as an MRI Technologist (ARRT-MR) or equivalent.
  • One year of recent experience in MRI imaging, preferably with Siemens equipment.
  • Experience with Epic and Cerner systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Work Schedule

Days, Friday-Sunday, 7am-7:30pm.
