Job Summary:
The Project Manager will be responsible for selling, estimating, organizing, managing, planning, and executing intricate projects within the Electrical Department. This role includes addressing client inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints.
The ideal candidate will integrate into our team of dedicated professionals who embrace challenges with a cooperative spirit.
The position involves both estimation and project management, with a negotiable balance between the two.Supervisory Responsibilities:
Familiarity with the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) is preferred.
Oversees and supports Electrical Foremen, Journeymen, Apprentices, and Construction Wiremen.
Ensures timely completion of all projects according to specifications, safety standards, and budget constraints.
Delegates tasks and assignments based on team members' expertise and experience.
Involved in the recruitment, interviewing, hiring, and training of new employees.
Manages the daily operations of the Electrical Department.
Conducts timely performance evaluations and provides constructive feedback.
Handles disciplinary actions and terminations in line with company policies.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Ensures all assigned projects are completed on schedule, meeting specifications with accuracy and efficiency.
Defines project tasks and delegates responsibilities accordingly.
Conducts cost analysis and estimates project expenses.
Develops and implements budgets based on estimations.
Performs risk assessments, reports identified risks to management, and recommends mitigation strategies (including project termination if necessary).
Acts as a liaison among the company, clients, and vendors.
Collaborates with the leadership team to provide necessary training and information to promote and sell new projects, programs, and systems.
Performs additional related duties as assigned.

Expected output level for this job:
Sales Revenue:
Proven sales capacity of at least $2.5 million.
Project Management:
Successfully completed at least one project exceeding $500 thousand.
Budget Management:
Successfully managed up to $750K in total at one time.
Estimating:
Proven estimating capacity of at least $500 thousand per project.
Client Relationships:
Established relationships with at least 3 clients is a plus.
Education and Experience:
State Journeyman Electrician certification is a plus.
Master License is a plus.
Design-build experience is a plus.
Familiarity with CAD/BIM is preferred but not required.
Minimum of three years of relevant experience required.
Quotation Software:
Experience with Trimble or equivalent software.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and related software.
