Owned and operated by practicing anesthesia professionals with extensive experience in practice management, we have seen significant growth and are eager to expand our influence in the healthcare management sector.
Role Requirements: We are seeking a proactive, service-oriented, and confident CRNA to fulfill a vital role at Avala Surgical Hospital. This position requires a provider who is comfortable operating with a high degree of independence in preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative environments.
Case Types: The cases primarily involve Adult Orthopedics, Ortho-spine, Neurosurgery, Plastics, pain management, and general surgery. Our CRNAs are encouraged to perform peripheral nerve blocks, although this is not a mandatory requirement for employment. Training opportunities are available for those interested in enhancing their skills.
Call Schedule: Our team rotates through a Monday-Friday call schedule approximately every two weeks, with weekend call coverage occurring once every two months. Note: Callback is extremely rare.
Compensation: CRNA compensation is set at $232,000 per year, compensated on a 1099 basis for 46 weeks of anesthesia coverage. Providers are entitled to 30 days of leave plus hospital holidays. Essential Anesthesia Management covers malpractice insurance and provides access to a cost-effective group health, dental, life, and disability insurance plan.
