We are currently seeking motivated individuals who are eager to build a fulfilling career in floral retail. Our company operates 19 retail locations and two distribution centers across two states, and we are looking for individuals who thrive in a dynamic and creative environment.

No prior floral design experience is required Our team of experts will provide comprehensive training, combining hands-on experience with in-depth instruction to equip you with the skills necessary for both daily store operations and floral artistry.

Work-Life Balance: We value the importance of personal and professional balance. Our stores operate Monday through Saturday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., with rotating Saturdays required. Additional hours may be necessary during peak floral seasons and holidays.

Qualifications:

  • Availability to work a flexible schedule (including potential hours ranging from 50-70 during busy periods).
  • High school diploma required; further education or relevant experience is advantageous.
  • Valid driver's license is necessary.
  • Ability to develop skills in management, leadership, and supervision.
  • Physical capability to lift and carry items weighing over 50 lbs.
  • Demonstrated creativity, leadership qualities, and a collaborative spirit.
  • Quick learning ability is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gain proficiency in all facets of floral shop management, including:
    • Daily operations
    • Business oversight
    • Floral design techniques
    • Customer service excellence
  • Assist in managing daily operations in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Manager.
  • Participate in regular management meetings.
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned.
